Paul & Joe Haul & beautiful Dior lipstick Spotlight Coral

Sunday morning is a good day for revising my weekly hauls. There is something relaxing about revisiting the hauls on a sunday morning...don't you think?

I had ordered a small Paul & Joe haul from beautybay.com, my first order from them. It is a British e-shop with lots of beauty, and I liked the Paul & Joe prices they had. I received my package in 4 or 5 days, which is really quick for British mail. That is a big plus in my book.

I had been working my Paul & Joe foundation sample to the max (opening the tiny sachet for the last bit of foundation), so I concluded that I liked the product enough to buy a full size of it...he he. I haven't had much luck with anything foundationlike and fluid before P&J (even not with BB creams) and I was happy to find something that feels so lovely on the skin and gives you a fresh glow...

I also bought the eye and lip cleanser based on glowchasers review. I have some oily eye-cleansers, but they tempt to sting my eyes when using vigorously (yes, I know...removing eye makeup should be done carefully, but you know...after a long day...)

Pretty boxes with pretty bottles.....the eye remover is a plasticky bottle, which makes it drop-proof and idiot-proof.

I found the foundation bottle to be reeeeaaaly tiny...here is the Mac lipstick comparising act again!

But I like it: and it is really thin and spreads out like a dream: you do not need much for the face.
The P&J cleanser is a mix between gel and water....it floats on the cotton pad for a second, before being absorbed.

A close up of the cotton pad....no oilies...

Good thing is that it did not sting my eyes at all. I found an even better way of removing stubborn mascara: which is applying the gel/water P&J on my fingertip and massaging it in the lashes: removing with a cotton pad afterwards....Even when this product was really close to my eyes, I did not experience stinging.

I bought this lipstick last week at the Duty free shops. The Christian Dior Addict High Shine lipstick in 530 Spotlight Coral. It looked really orangy in the tube, but the sheerness of the lipstick in combination with my pigmented (pinky) lips gave a lovely corally glow.

I did not realise how beautiful the tube was, until I opened it yesterday. Yes, sometimes my new makeup lies around waiting to be opened for that special occasion. I could not capture the beauty of the tube in its full glory, but it is sheer with a blue idirescence over it....so pretty.

I shot a couple of pictures from different angles, so you can see the multiglitter in different lights...

A better view with the close up pictures....

Lovely, Corally and very summery...my coral craving and my Dior lipstick craving has been satisfied....;D

Hi Cheryl,
How nice to 'see' you...how is Italian life this sunday? I love the P&J foundation, but it is very shiny so it would not be suitable for girls who like a matte or oil-free appearance.

Hi Jamilla Camel,
FAB, we are lipstick-sistas

Hi Jess,
Welcome to my blog ;D. Dior lippies are fab indeed.
