haul time: Mandom, T.LeClerc, Mac, Kesalan Patharan

It is weekly haul time. I love reviewing things on sunday, but this time I am a bit later to review than normally. Today I spent the day travelling around by train, as I had a train-card that gave me access to train-rides throughout the country. That explains my evening post.

Back to the hauls. First, I ordered mini-haul at adambeauty.com. I wanted some Mandom sheet masks, the Kesalan lipstick I saw at lotuspalace and a refill for my Maquillage palette...

The Hongkong stamps are so beautiful on the envelope...

I also have a not so sharp picture of the Kesalan Patharan lipstick: It is a lovely nude with a green and golden microshimmer...really pretty. It is a bit dryer than the standard Japanese Lipstick, actually, it compares with the Maquillage Climax lipsticks.

UPDATE: this is colour no 114P. It is listed over here
I also received some items from another French webshop: Paraposte.eu. I ordered some extra Avene cream for intolerant skin (not pictured), a T. Le Clerc eyeliner pencil in 10 Étain.

The Mac beauty powder was something I bought at the Mac counter: I purchased the Blush of Youth from A Rose collection....how to resist the 'Blush of Youth'? he he.
I really wanted to try the T.LeClerc eye pencil that retails for 10.80. I am looking for a steely grey to enhance my eyes...So why not try something new? I picked colour no. 10 Étain based on the colour swatches online.

T. LeClerc is famous for its powders, especially the Banane powder. It is a gorgeous looking French Cosmetic line. I love the box already.

The colour itself is a dark steely grey with microsilver shimmer inside...Very lovely, although I was looking for a lighter kind of grey.

I have a picture to show the swatch: it was made with flash, so the sparkles are more visible on the picture than they are in real life. Ha ha, I drew a dodgy heart...

Its hardness or softness is in between, neither too soft nor too hard. It is not as soft and dewy as the Urban Decay 24/7 eye pencil. I actually wanted the dewiness of that pencil in the colour of T.LeClerc...
On the plus side, it stays put and does not smudge....I really like the colour on my eyes. Overall, I am pleased with the pencil, although it is not a HG.

My last haul was from HQhair.com. They had a special of receiving some high end sample set when buying from them. I was happy to fill my card with some Kérastase Aqua Oléum hair treatment, the LAST Paul & Joe disney collection blush pearls in Blossom (on sale as well!), and something for my sensitive skin: Korres Yogurt Cream.

My hair is a bit like Susan Boyle: everybody and their mum (happy Mothersday, btw) agrees that it is in dire need of a change, as it is old-fashioned...but I like it myself (also, my boyfriend likes it too).
But it needs some TLC every now and then, as it is really long. Kérastase is the Rolls Royce of haircare...This treatment is really hair-shaft-plumping....
The sample set is really lovely: it has a Décleor cleansing water, 2 Caudalie samples, St. Tropez moisturizer, Lierac, Mama Mio, Skinceuticals, etc...

hi helen i hope that t.leclerc pencil will work out for u. don't get the mac and MUFE kohl pencils cos they smear like nothing else! in the past i've gone thru 1 tin of t.leclerc powder in lilium (a lilac pink colour) but i think this powder is for oily skin or really moisturised skin.
